Role and responsibilities include:
- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs
- Follow our company’s established accounting processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivables activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
- Perform monthly bank settlements and reconciliation
- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
- Filling all accounting documents following company data filing structure
- Managing Company Petty Cash and Expenses and All Related Requirement
- Reconcile all bank statements and petty cash statements
- Other Ad-hoc task regarding Accounting/Finance
- Other duties from time to time as requested by line Manager
