The role is within a multicultural team who consider each other “family”. And as such, you must be comfortable pulling your own weight and taking ownership and responsibility of your tasks from day one.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Prepare and disseminate forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Maintain office inventory (office stationery, water supply, etc.) and place appropriate orders
- Prepare, support and facilitate the completion of regular weekly and monthly report of office operational e.g. driver timesheet and overtime, employee attendance, etc.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
- Provide the information regarding the services/products of the company.
- Responsible in handling documents/package shipping such as; send documents via courier.
- Other duties from time to time as requested by line Manager.
